Job description

Job Summary

The Product Data Entry Associate will ensure that product information is entered completely and accurately into BioLegend’s ERP system. With this information, he/she will create item/catalog numbers and input pertinent product information on our CMS/eCommerce website platform. Additionally, this person will help maintain existing product information across all platforms and perform supervisor-assigned data cleanup initiatives.

Other tasks including competitive pricing research, product release and discontinuation, process improvements, and quality assurance documentation may be assigned. This position reports directly to the Master Product Data Supervisor, and the team works cross-departmentally with many other groups at BioLegend.

Minimum Qualifications Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree, any major
  • 1 year of database entry or management

Preferred Qualifications – Education and Experience

  • 2+ years of database entry or management
  • Knowledge of the biotech industry, biology, and/or immunology
  • Attention to detail, works well in a team environment, good communication
  • Microsoft Excel, ERP, CMS, eCommerce
