ABOUT THE ROLE

A well-established legal practice is seeking an experienced Veterans Benefits Paralegal to support attorneys in representing veterans through the VA disability claims and appeals process. This role is ideal for a mission‑driven professional with direct experience handling Veterans Disability cases who is passionate about helping clients navigate complex benefits matters. You will review records, prepare claims and appeals, communicate with clients, and manage a high‑volume caseload while ensuring accuracy and compliance with VA requirements.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Review client records and conduct legal research to support case preparation
