Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced RN Case Manager for a travel assignment in a fast-paced acute care hospital setting. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in care coordination, discharge planning, utilization management principles, and interdisciplinary collaboration. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work with a diverse adult and geriatric patient population while supporting positive patient outcomes through effective case management services.
