Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth! Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Case Manager (Bilingual, Spanish preferred) at The Embracing Project in Las Vegas, Nevada
The Embracing Project (TEP) is a Rite of Passage program advocation peace and healing for youth survivors of violence, sexual exploitation, and trafficking, through the development of specialized programs. trauma- informed care, and unconditional support.
Pay: Starting at $20.00 per hour.

What you will do:
As a Case Manager, you are responsible for administrating, developing and facilitating the completion of case plans and treatment programs. Conduct meetings with youth addressing a myriad of issues and concerns, including but not limited to Anger Management, Basic Skills, Education, etc. You provide monthly progress notes and weekly student updates. Facilitate weekly group meetings, multi-disciplinary team meetings and parent/guardian meetings. You interact with youth, parents/guardians, community-based organizations and governmental agencies. Case manager's conduct assigned responsibilities with respect, consideration, encouragement, positive guidance, and utilization of resources towards the youths' overall success. Overall, they are empathetic, patient, consistent, flexible, have an honest work ethic, and treat others with respect.
Schedule: 4/10 ~ Monday - Thursday 8 am - 630 am
To be considered:
Fluent in Spanish preferred
Have a desire to work with troubled teens
Have a BA/BS in a related field
Have prior case management experience, preferably 3 years with youth and/or juvenile placement agencies
21 years of age
Pass criminal background check, drug screen, physical and TB test.
Must be able to pass a search of the Child Abuse Central Registry.
