Job Summary
We are seeking a Case Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work collaboratively with patients to schedule appointments, maintain records, monitor, and track patient cases. The ideal candidate is compassionate, patient, and knowledgeable about healthcare practices. 
 
Responsibilities 
  • Collaborate with physicians, patients, and healthcare staff
  • Educate patients on their Federal Injury Case. 
  • Create schedules for new patients. 
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as a Care Manager or in a similar position is preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
