Responsibilities As the Tier II Stock Clerk, you will act as a model of customer service excellence to all organizational staff members in the 6.4 Tier II Desk Side & Remote Support (OPTIONAL) as part of DISA's Command, Control, Communications, and Computers Enterprise Directorate (C4E) J6 Service Delivery contract. You will be responsible for managing the receipt, storage, inventory, and issuance of IT equipment and spare parts for the Tier II Deskside and Remote Support program, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained to support rapid hardware replacement and deployment operations . Highlights of Responsibilities: * Manages receipt, storage, and issuance of IT equipment, spare parts, and consumables for the Tier II Deskside and Remote Support program.

* Maintains accurate inventory records of all stock items, conducting periodic counts and reconciling against DPAS records. * Processes equipment requests from deskside technicians and service counter staff, ensuring timely issuance of needed parts and devices. * Receives incoming shipments of IT equipment, verifying quantities and condition against purchase orders and packing lists.

* Prepares DD Form 1150s for equipment transactions and coordinates with the DPAS Technician on property accountability. * Manages return merchandise authorizations (RMAs) for defective equipment. * Maintains the stock room in an organized, clean, and secure condition with proper labeling and storage procedures.

* Monitors stock levels and notifies the Deskside Manager when replenishment is needed. * Supports imaging team by staging equipment for deployment and receiving completed devices. * Maintains documentation of all stock transactions and supports inventory audits.

Qualifications Requirements: * Shall possess at the time of award a Secret security clearance * Strong customer service orientation. * Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

* Good written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills. * Ability to conduct research into PC and software issues and products as required . * Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language.

* Highly self-motivated and directed. * Keen attention to detail. * Team-oriented and skilled in working within a collaborative environment.

Education and Experience: * Required Education: High School degree or equivalent experience in lieu of education, including consideration of vendor certification in the technology being applied. * Required Experience: 0 or more years of professional experience supporting a similar role. * Experience supporting a DoD or J6 customer is a plus.
