Job description

Stop managing from the sidelines. Red Grasshopper is looking for a high-energy Lead Canvasser who isn't afraid to get their boots dirty. We don't hire "clipboard holders"-we hire leaders who lead from the front. In this role, you will be the top producer on your team, knocking doors right alongside your crew while coaching them to hit their targets.

If you love the hustle of the street and want the pay of a supervisor, this is your spot.

What You'll Actually Be Doing:
  • Leading by Example: You are on the doors daily, setting the pace and showing your team how it's done.

  • Active Mentorship: Training your team "in the wild" by demonstrating live pitches and handling objections on the spot.

  • Territory Execution: Mapping out neighborhoods and ensuring your crew is hitting every street with high intensity.

  • Driving Results: Maintaining your own personal production while ensuring the team meets their collective lead goals.

Why You're the Perfect Fit:
  • You're a Closer: You have 1+ years of experience in D2D sales or canvassing and you still love the "win."

  • You're an Athlete: You thrive in the heat and the cold-sitting in an air-conditioned office sounds like a nightmare to you.

  • You're a Coach: You know how to take a "maybe" and turn it into a lead, and you can teach others to do the same.

  • Bilingual Skills: A major plus for connecting with our diverse client base.

The Requirements:
  • Experience: Proven track record in door-to-door sales, canvassing, or field marketing.

  • Mobility: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to reach different neighborhoods.

  • Stamina: Ability to be on your feet and outdoors for the duration of the shift.

The Payoff:

We offer a competitive base plus performance-based overrides on your team's success. When they win, you win.
