Responsibilities & Requirements

The Administrative Director provides oversight and leadership for Brain and Spine, Hospital Medicine, Sleep Medicine and Critical Care service areas. Establishes and ensures achievement of the organization's strategic objective and leads strategic efforts for the service line(s). Provides Operational support as well as fiscal data for Service Line Physicians, Service Line Advance Practice Providers (APP), Operation Administrators, Practice Managers and the Medical Group Executive Team. In collaboration with Service Line Medical Directors, ensures compliance with all regulatory agencies. Leads and participates in Process Improvement activities including creation of policy and procedure formation for guiding and supporting the provisions of the service. Serves as Medical Group Operations representative for Kettering Health initiatives.
