A respected, growing skilled nursing organization based in the Middletown, Ohio area is seeking an experienced Regional Director of Operations to lead operations across its portfolio of facilities. The Regional Director of Operations will guide facility leadership teams, drive performance, and champion quality care across the region. The Regional Director of Operations position is ideal for a proven multi-site operator or a senior Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) ready to lead at the regional level. Prior skilled nursing facility (SNF) experience is required.
