POSITION SUMMARY

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage, train, and motivate club personnel while guiding them towards achieving overall club goals

  • Perform general office administrative duties

  • Ensure smooth facility management to provide an exceptional member experience

REQUIREMENTS

  • Several years of leadership experience in either the service or retail sector, demonstrating a track record of success

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and a customer-centric approach to conducting business

  • Previous sales skills are advantageous, coupled with an entrepreneurial mindset for building a successful business

  • Passion for the health and wellness industry
