This position partners closely with Local Markets Marketing, service line marketing, business development leaders, and corporate marketing teams to ensure consistent execution, exceptional quality, and seamless collaboration across markets.
The Marketing Director is responsible for developing talent, optimizing team resources, establishing best practices, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that enhance efficiency, innovation, and service delivery.

Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and develop a team of marketing professionals and creative designers supporting strategic pursuits across all markets and service lines.
Establish team priorities, service standards, and performance expectations to ensure delivery of high-quality, client-focused marketing support.
Serve as a trusted advisor to business development leaders, marketers, and brokerage professionals onpursuitstrategy, client messaging, and presentation development.
Provide strategic oversight for the firm's most visible and complex pursuits, ensuring effective positioning, differentiation, and resource alignment.
Drive proposal and presentation strategy, including:
Pursuit planning and messaging development
Creative strategy and visual storytelling
Competitive positioning and differentiators
Resource allocation and team coordination
Cross-functional collaboration
Executive presentation support
Oversee quality control for proposals, presentations, and client-facing deliverables to ensure consistency with brand standards and pursuit best practices.
Partner with Local Markets Marketing and business leaders to alignpursuitresources with business priorities and revenue opportunities.
Develop and implement scalable processes, templates, and tools that improve efficiency, consistency, and overall team effectiveness.
Foster collaboration across marketing, business development, research, service line, and creative teams to deliver integrated solutions for clients.
Monitor team capacity and workload to ensure efficientutilizationand effective prioritization of resources.
Leverage performance metrics, operational data, and business feedback to drive continuous improvement and inform strategic decisions.
Identifyand implement opportunities to enhance productivity through technology, automation, AI-enabled tools, and process improvements.
Drive innovation and elevate the strategic value, creativity, and impact ofpursuitsupport services.
Establish and share best practices, lessons learned, and success stories across the marketing organization.
Partner with senior marketing leadership on strategic initiatives, organizational planning, and continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in marketing, business development,pursuitmanagement, communications, or related professional services environments.
Bachelor's degreerequired.
Demonstrated success leading high-performing teams in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
Proven experience supporting complex pursuits, strategic business development initiatives, and executive-level presentations.
Strong understanding of pursuit strategy, proposal development, business development processes, and client engagement best practices.
Experience managing multiple priorities and stakeholders across a matrixed organization.
Demonstrated success leading operational improvements and implementing scalable processes and solutions.
Commercial Real Estate experience preferred; professional services experiencerequired.
Exceptional project management, organizational, and prioritization skills.
Experience managing resources and balancing workloads across diverse teams and projects.
High levelofproficiencyin Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration platforms.
Experienceleveragingtechnology and AI-enabled solutions to improve team effectiveness preferred.
Ability to effectively communicate and influence senior leaders and stakeholders.
