Skilled Nursing Facility is looking for a Director of Admissions to join our team. The Director of Admissions is responsible for coordinating all admissions and transfers to our Skilled Nursing Facility. They are also responsible for marketing facility services in the immediate and surrounding referral communities.
Director of Admissions Duties & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the complete admission of new residents
• Manage referral process
• Reviewing and processing placement applications
• Make regular contacts with referral sources
• Conduct facility tours as necessary
• In-depth knowledge of admission process and Medicare, Medicaid, Private Insurance, Managed Care, and other payer types
• Additional duties as assigned

• Minimum of 1 year experience of nursing home or long term care admissions
