The Royal Caribbean Group'sย Crew Acquisition & Movement Planning Teamย has an exciting career opportunity for a full-timeย Lead, Workforce Planningย reporting to theย Senior Manager, CAM Workforce Planning.
The position is onsite and based in Miramar, Florida.
The position is also not eligible for work authorization sponsorship.
Position Overview:
As the Lead of CAM (Crew Acquisition & Movement) Workforce Planning for Royal Caribbean Group's Private Destinations, you will not only be responsible for setting the crewing strategy for our rapidly expanding portfolio of Private Destinations and Beach Clubs, but also coordinating with all stakeholders to keep on track and ensuring that the leadership understands where risk to the plan may exist. This position oversees the staffing of all crew members at our current and future Private Destinations locations and requiresย a highly effective planner/analyst that is data driven, process focused, and an expert data storyteller.
