Job description

Are you experienced in managing warehouse operations and passionate about delivering exceptional service? VTrips, a leader in vacation rentals, invites you to join our team as a Warehouse Operations Manager. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to oversee our warehouse locations, ensuring the highest level of service for our guests and property owners.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Ensure in-house cleans are assigned and completed by check-in time.
  • Monitor packing production and laundry truck logistics.
  • Manage the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
  • Perform bag audits to ensure consistent goals are met.
  • Build linen/change tickets in Track.

Weekly Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of independent contractor cleaners and vendors to ensure terms and conditions, as well as quality of work, are met.
  • Perform weekly audits of clean inspections.
  • Resolve escalated guest and property owner situations.
  • Maintain loose linen and amenity levels.
  • Communicate with the Director of Warehouse Operations to establish forecasts and goals for Warehouse Operations Manager, Drivers, Packers, and Guest Experience Technicians.

Monthly Responsibilities:

  • Meet with housekeeping vendors to review monthly statistics and goals.
  • Communicate with the Director of Warehouse Operations on third-party laundry, linen vendors, and amenity vendors regarding production and costs.
  • Provide ongoing training and support to Warehouse Operations Managers, Drivers, Packers, and Guest Experience Technicians.
  • Approve timesheets, mileage, and PTO.
  • Monitor Track on clean types, costs, payouts, and profit.
  • Inspect units as needed for low survey scores and consistency with company expectations.
  • Serve as emergency call point-of-contact.
  • Onboard and evaluate cleaning vendors.
