  • Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior leaders and the HR leadership team, translating business strategy into thoughtful solutions and guiding critical compensation and benefits decisions.
  • Provide governance, oversight, and financial stewardship through partnership with the Benefits Plan Committee, using analytics and reporting to optimize investments and deliver executive insight on engagement, performance, and retention.
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a high‑performing Total Rewards team, building capability, providing direction, and fostering a collaborative, results‑driven culture.
  • Oversee vendors, compliance, internal controls, and third‑party risk across programs, ensuring consistent execution, strong governance, and regulatory alignment.
What You Will Bring

  • Ten years of progressively responsible experience, including five years managing teams.
  • Demonstrated experience leading enterprise‑wide compensation and/or benefits programs with strong financial, analytical, and governance expertise.
  • Proven ability to serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, with strong executive presence and communication skills.
  • Ability to translate complex qualitative and quantitative information for diverse audiences and operate effectively in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments.
  • Preferred certifications: Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Employment Benefits Specialist, PHR, SPHR, or Lean certification or equivalent.
Benefits
  • Medical, vision, and dental coverage with low employee premiums.
  • Voluntary benefits, including pet insurance.
  • Life and disability insurance.
  • Retirement plans, including a 401(k) employer match and a pension plan vested after three years of service.
  • Wellness incentives and a broad range of mental‑wellness resources, including counseling, stress‑management, and mindfulness programs.
  • Generous paid time off.
  • Tuition assistance for undergraduate and graduate degrees.
  • Employee recognition program for anniversaries and accomplishments.
  • Hybrid work model with on‑site resources, networking opportunities, and team engagement.
  • Commuter perks, free on‑site parking, and subsidized on‑campus cafés.
  • Complimentary fitness and well‑being center offering in‑person and virtual workouts and nutritional counseling.
Salary

Salary Range: $157,900.00 – $315,900.00. Compensation will be based on factors such as geographic location, market conditions, and candidate experience.
