What You Bring

5+ years of experience in compensation and total rewards within a corporate or multi-entity environment.

Proven track record of designing and implementing compensation structures, incentive plans, and scalable rewards programs.

Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into strategic recommendations.

Ability to influence executive stakeholders, communicate complex concepts clearly, and drive cross-functional alignment.

Experience in hospitality, travel, or multi-location organizations preferred.
