Pay: $50 – $60 / hour

Work Schedule: Monday–Friday | Full-Time (40 hours/week) - Hybrid

Job Description:

Addison Group is seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Compensation & Total Rewards to provide interim leadership for a growing Human Resources team. This individual will oversee compensation, benefits, compliance, and total rewards initiatives while managing a small team and partnering closely with executive leadership. The ideal candidate has extensive compensation experience, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable stepping into a leadership role immediately.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the organization's compensation and total rewards programs to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Direct annual compensation planning activities, including salary reviews, incentive programs, and promotional adjustments.
  • Evaluate market compensation data and recommend competitive pay structures and compensation strategies.
  • Oversee employee benefits programs, including health, retirement, wellness, leave administration, and open enrollment.
  • Manage relationships with external benefits vendors, consultants, and brokers.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local compensation and benefits regulations.
  • Develop reporting and analytics related to compensation, pay equity, benefits utilization, turnover, and workforce trends.
  • Present recommendations and insights to senior HR and executive leadership.
  • Supervise and mentor the benefits function while supporting team development.
  • Partner with Payroll, Finance, Talent Acquisition, Legal, and HR leadership on organization-wide initiatives and special projects.
  • Assist with organizational changes, HR transformation efforts, and other strategic people initiatives as needed.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Significant experience leading compensation and total rewards programs in a corporate environment.
  • Previous leadership experience managing HR or Total Rewards professionals.
  • Strong knowledge of compensation planning, salary structures, benefits administration, and compliance regulations.
  • Experience with executive-level reporting and data-driven decision making.
  • Proficiency with SAP SuccessFactors is required.
  • Experience with UKG is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to quickly adapt and lead within a fast-paced, evolving environment.

 

Additional Details:

  • Immediate start preferred.
  • Contract assignment expected to last approximately 4–8 weeks, with the possibility of extension.
