Job description

Hansen Talent Group is hiring a Telecommunications/VoIP Engineer to support enterprise call center platforms, telecommunications systems, and cloud-based contact center solutions within a large enterprise environment.


Location: Partial Onsite – Tuesday through Thursday onsite required
 

What You''ll Do

• Design, develop, and support enterprise telecommunications and VoIP solutions
• Lead development of Avaya call center solutions including IVR, routing, VDNs, and vectors
• Conduct system evaluations, feasibility studies, and technology assessments
• Create technical documentation, workflow diagrams, and integration specifications
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions
• Monitor telecommunications performance, capacity, and reliability
• Support cloud contact center platforms and enterprise telephony environments
• Develop recommendations for system upgrades, enhancements, and new technologies
• Ensure compliance with security, disaster recovery, and business continuity requirements
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance

What You''ll Need

• Telecommunications, VoIP, or contact center engineering experience
• Experience with Avaya call center platforms and CCaaS solutions
• Knowledge of LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, VPN, and cloud networking technologies
