Job description

Walker Elliott is working with a Houston based manufacturing company who is looking to add an applications developer to their team. The main experience required for this direct hire opportunity are: Syteline, C# and SQL server. This person will assist in the design, development, implementation, and support of software applications. Develop, test and deliver requested business system software enhancements, reports and customizations.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Design and develop customizations and enhancements to the Syteline ERP system as well as external applications interfacing to Syteline
  • Create of automated reports and BI solutions to enable data analysis
  • Gather and refine requirements for software solutions
  • Provide documentation of developed software solutions
  • Troubleshoot issues with software applications
  • Participate with ERP System upgrades


SKILLS:

  • 2+ years of .NET and C# application development experience
  • 2+ years of MS SQL Server database design and development
  • 2+ years of experience with Syteline ERP
  • Skills in web and mobile applications development are desired
  • Exposure to source control
  • Ability to work independently while thriving in a team environment
  • Experience with any of the following would be plusses: SharePoint, Office 365, Power BI or Azure
