Director Surgical Services

San Ramon, California

Minimum Education: Required: Academic degree in nursing Preferred: Bachelors or Masters degree

Minimum Experience/Skills: Required: 2 Years of progressive management experience in a hospital environment as a manager or full time charge nurse/related position

Licenses/Certificates/Credentials: Current CA Registered Nurse license Current BLS certification for Healthcare Providers (AHA certified) Certification in perioperative field strongly preferred

Responsibilities Active and current registered nurse license in the state of residence/practice. Has highly effective interpersonal and communication skills, proven leadership ability and hospital operational ability, and ability to serve as role model and advocate for the professional discipline of nursing.
