Vector Solutions is looking for a Senior Analyst of GtM Operations to join our Revenue Strategy & Operations team. In this role, you will be a core member of the Revenue Leadership team, reporting to the Senior Director of GTM Strategy & Operations. You'll be responsible for supporting the design and execution of Vector's go-to-market strategy, including annual sales planning, territory management, quota and compensation design, pricing, and deal desk operations. This is a high-ownership individual contributor role with no direct reports at this time. This person will partner cross-functionally with the CRO, CFO, and other senior leaders to align business strategy with operational execution. The ideal candidate will thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and be passionate about data-driven problem solving.


What You'll Do:


Territory Planning, Performance, & Strategic Insights:

  • Own and support account assignment, territory design, and coverage planning processes across sales and post-sale functions
  • Lead and support annual sales planning processes, including goal setting, headcount planning, and GTM motion alignment
  • Build repeatable views of GTM performance across bookings, renewals, productivity, territory coverage, capacity, and key growth initiatives
  • Analyze performance trends by sector, product, team, and motion to identify what is driving results, where gaps exist, and where leadership action is needed
  • Translate data into clear, actionable recommendations and present findings to senior leadership to support decision-making
  • Support cross-functional strategic initiatives, including pricing performance, renewal execution, land-and-expand motions, packaging and pricing for new offerings, and other priority GTM programs
  • Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Operations, Enablement, Finance, and sector leadership on ad hoc analyses, reporting, and strategic projects, including pricing structure optimization and deal governance (discount guardrails, approval flows, etc.)

Sales, Pre, and Post-Sale Compensation Design:

  • Support annual and in-year compensation and incentive design
  • Maintain compensation plan documentation, crediting rules, exceptions governance, and policy inputs across sales and pre/post-sale functions (new hire/ramp, leave treatments, proration rules, close process)
Requirements
  • BA/BS degree in a business field preferred, or equivalent professional experience
  • 4+ years of relevant professional experience in investment banking, management consulting, FP&A, analytics, reporting, and/or revenue strategy/operations
  • Demonstrated ability to work with large data sets, build complex driver-based models, and translate quantitative analysis into clear business insights and strategic recommendations. Power user of Excel or Google Sheets; Salesforce CRM required. SQL, Python, or Access experience a plus. Familiarity with BI platforms, including CRM Analytics, preferred. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and implementation skills

Salary Range: 90,000-113,000
