Here's what you can expect as a Strategy and Analytics Director at DaVita: As a forward-thinking leader within our Revenue Operations (ROPS) team, you will partner directly with the head of Medicare and Credits Operations to maximize collection speed, optimize Medicare recovery rates, and efficiently resolve credit balances. This high-visibility role empowers you to lead business intelligence, identify strategic opportunities within the Medicare and Credits portfolios, and execute a diverse cross-functional project portfolio to drive our operations forward.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Leading business intelligence efforts to uncover and act on strategic opportunities, navigating the complexities of Medicare guidelines and credit balance management.
  • Managing a robust cross-functional project portfolio focused on optimizing recovery rates, accelerating speed to resolution, and ensuring compliance within Medicare and Credits.
  • Building and executing a tech-driven capability roadmap to advance our operational goals specific to Medicare billing and credit resolution.
  • Championing the use of AI and advanced analytics to fundamentally transform how we manage and resolve All Credits and Medicare accounts
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing a high-performing team of managers and analysts.
  • Collaborating closely with ROPS leadership and presenting data-driven insights that make a substantial impact on DaVita's bottom line.
