Overview

The Director of GTM Strategy & Operations leads the end-to-end orchestration of how products and priorities move from concept to market, translating business strategy into clear, actionable go-to-market plans. This role aligns product, marketing, merchandising, and commercial teams through defined governance, planning frameworks, KPIs, and execution rhythms to ensure launches land with precision. Ultimately, they build the strategic and operational discipline that turns innovation into scalable, predictable growth.

What You'll Do
  • Owns operational excellence of GTM governance and cross-functional rhythms.
  • Own and update the global GTM calendar with milestones, and cross-functional checkpoints.
  • Creates and evolves GTM milestones, RACI, and tools.
  • Review and refine GTM frameworks and templates (e.g., pitch decks, playbooks, readiness scorecards).
  • Communicate clear, concise GTM status updates, readiness recaps, and alerts to stakeholders to ensure visibility, alignment, and accountability.
  • Lead regular syncs with Marketing, Product, Creative, and Regional GTM leads to drive alignment.
  • Accountable for calendar, milestone planning, presentation, and cross-functional alignment.
  • Coordinate global GTM operating rhythms (e.g., seasonal kickoff forums, cross-regional share outs).
  • Build and maintain detailed milestone workbacks (kickoffs, regional engagement, final line review, market launch, readiness, launch, insights).
What You'll Bring to the Table
  • BS or BA in business, marketing or related field - or equivalent years of relevant and related experience
  • Minimum of 10+ years of experience in go-to-market, product or marketing operations; or a related cross-functional role within a consumer, retail or brand-led organization
  • Background knowledge in operational planning and program/project management
  • Understanding of the end-to-end GTM process, milestones and deliveries associated
  • Experience maintaining GTM tools and systems
  • Demonstrated ability to drive cross-functional execution and deliver on time with quality
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to turn confusion into clarity

Salary or Pay Range: $165,000 - $175,000 

Pay offered will vary based on job-related factors such as location, experience, training, skills, and abilities.
