Job Description:

The Director of Operations is responsible for the daily and long-term administrative, strategic planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of their region's offices. Providing safe, efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality patient services is the focus of the operations. This includes the culture and engagement of regional employees to provide superior patient care and align with the company's Core Values.

Primary Duties & Responsibilities:

Management

Coordinates the daily and long-term strategic operations and staff scheduling through close interaction with the Chief Operating Officer, Site Managers, and Physicians.

Collaborates and implements operational policies and procedures to assure that everyone within their offices adheres to the high standards of patient care expected.

Responsible for guiding Site Managers on P&L for all practice office locations, including accountability to associated budget management and Net Operating Income performance.

Fosters a positive environment and working culture for employees within the region.

Serves as a catalyst and mentor for motivating productivity, innovation, high employee morale, and organizational commitment.

Act as a liaison to ensure a strong sense of company culture within regional offices.

Drive measurement and accountability with Site Managers to ensure achievement of plans, goals, initiatives, and objectives, providing guidance and coaching on an ongoing basis.

Recognizes and provides management and staff coaching, counseling, and discipline.

Collaborate with the Chief Operating Officer on evaluating, acquiring, and managing medical equipment and devices. Assures all supplies, equipment, physical space, and other resources are appropriately operated and maintained.

Functions as an advocate/liaison for patients, families, physicians, and other staff members.

Collaborate with recruitment and management team to ensure appropriate processes are followed to efficiently identify and place high-quality candidates.

Meet regularly with providers to understand needs and build relationships.

Perform other office duties as assigned by the manager.

Strategic Planning

Responsible for developing and implementing operational departmental policies, budgets, and strategic plans.

Interface with other departments and leaders within the organization as needed to resolve issues and successfully implement regional goals and objectives.

Support the executive management team with researching potential initiatives for new revenue generation and facilitating the subsequent operational deployment of new programs. Analyze the cost/benefit of new endeavors in collaboration with the Chief Operating Officer and various departments.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or Healthcare Administration.

Seven to Ten (7-10) years of progressive management experience.

Progressive experience in business planning and budgetary and personnel management.

Knowledge, Competencies & Skills:

Excellent customer service skills.

Proficient knowledge of Medical Terminology.

Superior leadership, problem-solving, team-building, and decision-making skills.

Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Proficient computer software and database skills.

Strong math and analytical skills.

Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Ability to type a minimum of 40 words per minute.

Tech Requirements for the Job:

High-speed, reliable internet connection to ensure uninterrupted communication and access to necessary systems and tools.

Quiet and private work environment to maintain the confidentiality of patient information and minimize background noise during calls.

Proficiency in using remote collaboration tools, such as video conferencing software, instant messaging platforms, and customer relationship management systems.

Compliance with all security and privacy policies and protocols, including safeguarding patient information and maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Pay Range:$ $110,000 - $150,000 annually
Actual compensation offered to candidates is based on work experience, education, skill level,and geographic location. Compensation may vary depending on the state or region in which theposition is located, in accordance with applicable laws.
