Position Overview:
The U.S. Chamber of Commerce seeks a highly strategic and data-driven professional to lead Strategic Insights and Analytics. The ideal candidate will serve as the analytical and research engine for the team, transforming internal, member, market, competitive information into actionable insights and decision support. The candidate will be a creative, result-driven quantitative problem solver who is comfortable building financial models, conducting deep-dive research, and leveraging advanced tools to guide executive decision-making and strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities:
  • Build financial models, business cases, ROI analyses, and opportunity assessments.
  • Conduct market, industry, competitive, and benchmarking research.
  • Analyze member, operational, and financial data to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain a centralized repository of research, insights, member feedback, and supporting data.
  • Leverage AI and LLM-based tools to accelerate research, analysis, and content development.
  • Support the development of executive presentations, strategic recommendations, and decision-making materials.

Qualifications:
  • 4-8 years of experience in strategy, analytics, management consulting, corporate strategy, business intelligence, strategic finance, or strategic operations.
  • Advanced Excel modeling and PowerPoint skills.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving capabilities.

The salary range for this position is $134,475.00 to $173,000.00. The actual salary paid for this position will vary based on market data, an applicant's qualifications, relevant degrees, certifications, and other factors. Our full-time employees are eligible for benefits, including health care, vision, dental, retirement, and paid leave.
