We are looking for a Director of Business Development to join the #1 fastest growing CPA firm in the US (Centri - #1 fastest growing firm in the US). The Director of Business Development is responsible for designing strategic plans to meet sales targets, developing, and cultivating relationships with new clients and managing and upselling to existing clients. 

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute growth strategies to increase revenue and profitability while aligning with the company's long-term goals.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including emerging markets, potential clients, and strategic partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term business opportunities.
  • Analyze market trends and competitors to anticipate opportunities and challenges, and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Partner with Segment/Industry/Market Leader(s) to identify opportunities for sales opportunities.

 Education and Experience

  • 8+ years of sales and/or business development experience, preferably in a professional services firm
  • Minimum of 5+ years strategic business development experience
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance and/or marketing
