  • Create and maintain detailed engineering drawings and documentation using CAD software, including Autodesk Inventor and SolidWorks.
  • Reverse engineer existing components and assemblies using physical measurements, drawings, specifications, and available technical data to create accurate 3D models and manufacturing documentation
  • Perform design analysis, tolerance analysis, stress calculations, and simulation for thermal, structural, and fluid applications as required.
  • GD&T and the ability to produce manufacturing-ready drawings.
Design for Manufacturing & Product Support
  • Own assigned mechanical designs from requirements and concept development through detailed design, prototype, validation, and release to production.
  • Create and maintain complete engineering design packages, including 3D models, manufacturing drawings, assemblies, bills of materials (BOMs), specifications, calculations, and supporting technical documentation.
  • Maintain drawing and design configuration control, including revisions, engineering change orders (ECOs/ECNs), and release of approved design documentation.
  • Participate in design reviews and resolve technical issues identified during manufacturing, assembly, testing, supplier review, and product validation.
