A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN SOCIAL SERVICES DIRECTOR
The ideal candidate will be a team leader with a desire to deliver high-quality care with a solid track record of excellent performance in the areas of social services and positive community relations.
The primary purpose of the SSD is to assist in planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the overall operation of our community's Social Services Department in accordance with current federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations, our established policies and procedures, and as may be directed by the Administrator. This is all to assure that the medically related emotional and social needs of the resident are met/maintained on an individual basis.
QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN SOCIAL SERVICES DIRECTOR
  • Current Social Services Director Certification
  • Prior experience a plus
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPPA regulations
  • Desire to work with the elderly

WORK SCHEDULE
This full-time position works 8-hour shifts.
