Job description

Salesforce Solution Engineer.
Revised May 2026

About Saasinct

Saasinct is a woman-owned business that embraces equality, diversity, inclusion, education, and access to career development. As an East Coast-based Salesforce implementation partner, we serve Financial Services organizations, including Capital Markets, Wealth & Asset Management, and Private Equity.

We empower these organizations to become more tech-savvy and strategically aligned through Salesforce. We provide our customers with a unique combination of consulting and education, illustrating what a fully integrated technology stack can look like with Salesforce at the center. We win when we earn the trust and ongoing partnership of our clients, and we do that by continually finding better ways to collaborate within the Financial Services ecosystem.

Role Overview

Saasinct is seeking a Salesforce Solution Engineer to support the design, configuration, testing, and delivery of Salesforce solutions for Financial Services clients.

This role sits at the intersection of business analysis, Salesforce configuration, solution documentation, testing, and client enablement. You will work closely with clients and internal team members to understand business needs, translate them into clear requirements, and help build practical Salesforce solutions that improve how teams work.

This is a strong opportunity for someone who is early-to-mid career, hands-on, and eager to grow into deeper Salesforce consulting ownership. The right person is curious, coachable, and energized by doing the work, gathering requirements, configuring Salesforce, documenting clearly, testing thoughtfully, and helping clients understand what was built and why.

We are looking for someone who wants meaningful client exposure, real delivery responsibility, and the chance to build their craft inside a growing Salesforce partner.

What Youโ€™ll Be Doing

  • Work with clients and internal stakeholders to gather, clarify, and document business requirements
  • Translate discovery findings into user stories, functional requirements, process flows, and solution documentation
  • Support Salesforce configurations and features including custom objects, fields, page layouts, flows, validation rules, approval processes, reports, dashboards, permissions, and role hierarchies
  • Support implementations across Salesforce products such as Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Experience Cloud, and related partner solutions
  • Participate in solution design conversations and help document gaps, risks, dependencies, and follow-up itemsย
  • Support data management activities, including data structure documentation, migration preparation, data quality review, and reporting needs
  • Create and maintain documentation including user stories, test scripts, training materials, process maps, configuration notes, and client-facing guides
  • Participate in testing activities, including UAT planning, test case preparation, issue tracking, and defect resolution support
  • Support client training, enablement, and post-launch support
  • Contribute to Saasinctโ€™s internal delivery practices by identifying better ways to document, configure, test, and support Salesforce work
What You Bring
  • 2โ€“4 years of hands-on Salesforce experience in administration, configuration, business analysis, implementation, or consultingย
  • Experience gathering requirements and translating business needs into Salesforce configuration and functional solutions
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce declarative configuration and platform capabilities
  • Ability to communicate clearly with clients, business users, technical teams, and internal stakeholders
  • A solid Salesforce Admin foundation with a desire to build technical depth
  • Comfort working in a growth-stage environment where you may need to create clarity, improve process, and operate without heavy structure
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn quickly across Salesforce products, Financial Services workflows, and partner solutionsย
  • A practical, client-centered mindset with the ability to balance what is technically possible with what is useful, adoptable, and sustainable

You are someone who:

  • Wants to become excellent at Salesforce consulting
  • Takes pride in the details and follows through without repeat requests
  • Asks good questions and is comfortable saying, โ€œI need to learn moreโ€
  • Enjoys translating messy business needs into clear requirements and practical solutions
  • Works well in a small team where people help each other and sometimes cross lanes
  • Looks for better ways to do the work as the company continues to grow
Nice to Have
  • Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Admin, Sales Cloud Consultant)
  • Experience with Financial Services Cloud
  • Exposure to data migration, integrations, reporting, dashboards, or managed services
  • Prior consulting or professional services experience
Grow With Us
  • Be part of a growing Salesforce partner where your work and ideas directly impact our trajectory
  • Help shape how we serve clients and show up in the Salesforce ecosystem
  • Gain meaningful exposure to leadership and company strategy
  • Take real ownership in a collaborative, people-centered team
  • Build deeper expertise across Salesforce, Financial Services, and partner solutions
  • Competitive base salary with performance-based incentives
  • Health, dental, and vision coverage & 401(k) match
  • Salesforce certification support and professional development
Eligibility Requirements
  • Location: Remote (US)ย
  • Experience: Prior Salesforce ecosystem experience required; Financial Services exposure preferred (Capital Markets, Wealth & Asset Management, or Private Equity)
  • Travel: Limited travel may be required for client, team, or Salesforce ecosystem events
Must be a US citizen or permanent resident
