Salesforce Specialty Seller (Remote - U.S.) Drive Growth in a Remote-First, High-Performance Sales Environment

NTT DATA is seeking a motivated, results-driven Salesforce Specialty Seller to help expand our Salesforce and MuleSoft services business across North America.

This is an opportunity for a sales professional who thrives in a remote-first environment and enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities, and winning new business. About the Role

As a Salesforce Specialty Seller, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and driving revenue growth across an assigned territory. You will leverage virtual selling techniques, strategic networking, and executive engagement to build a strong pipeline and close consulting and implementation services opportunities.

Success in this role requires a highly self-motivated individual who is comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with solution architects, delivery teams, alliance partners, and sales leadership in a distributed, remote-first environment.

What You'll Do
  • Drive net-new business development focused on Salesforce and MuleSoft consulting services.
  • Build and execute territory plans designed to generate pipeline and revenue growth.
  • Prospect into commercial, mid-market, and enterprise organizations using a combination of outbound outreach, networking, referrals, events, and digital engagement.
  • Develop relationships with business and technology decision-makers, including VP, Director, and C-level executives.
  • Conduct discovery conversations to uncover business challenges and digital transformation opportunities.
  • Position NTT DATA's Salesforce, MuleSoft, managed services, and consulting capabilities to address client needs.
  • Lead opportunities throughout the full sales lifecycle-from qualification through contract execution.
  • Partner virtually with cross-functional teams across North America to develop winning solutions and proposals.
  • Maintain accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and opportunity tracking within CRM tools.
  • Exceed quarterly and annual sales performance objectives.
Basic Qualifications
  • 3+ years experience selling Salesforce, Mulesoft digital transformation services.
  • 3+ years of experience selling technology, SaaS, consulting, or IT services solutions.
  • 2+ years of developing new business opportunities and managing a sales pipeline.
  • 2+ years of experience engaging executive-level stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience selling Salesforce, MuleSoft, CRM, cloud, or digital transformation services.
  • Experience working for a consulting firm, systems integrator, or professional services organization.
  • Strong prospecting and business development capabilities.
  • Consultative selling and solution-based sales experience.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a remote, geographically dispersed team environment.
  • Experience leveraging virtual selling tools and digital engagement strategies to build pipeline.

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $95,075 - $120,000. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
