The (USA) Director, Safety Programs leads the development and execution of comprehensive field safety strategies aligned with organizational objectives. This role oversees safety initiatives, drives continuous improvement, and collaborates with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to enhance safety performance. The Director manages program execution, evaluates process improvements, and fosters innovation in safety practices and technologies. By defining key metrics and ensuring compliance with standards, this position supports a culture of integrity and operational excellence while advancing safety outcomes across the organization.

What you'll do:
  • Lead and oversee the Field Safety Execution team, providing strategic direction and ensuring successful project delivery aligned with organizational goals.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive field safety strategies, driving continuous improvement through key performance indicators and metrics.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, cross-functional teams, and external partners to enhance safety practices and address stakeholder concerns.
  • Direct process improvement initiatives by conducting gap analyses and implementing best practices to optimize safety outcomes and operational efficiency.
  • Foster talent development through recruitment, mentoring, and succession planning to maintain a skilled and engaged workforce.
  • Promote integrity and compliance by embedding ethical standards into all safety programs and practices.

What you'll bring:
  • Certification as a Safety Professional with extensive knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (OHSAS).
  • Proven expertise in risk analysis, safety audits, and behavior-based safety programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic field safety initiatives aligned with organizational goals.
  • Strong leadership skills to guide teams and collaborate effectively with senior leadership and cross-functional partners.
  • Experience in defining and measuring key performance indicators to drive continuous safety improvements.
  • Proficiency in process improvement methodologies including Pareto analysis and gap assessments.
  • Commitment to fostering a culture of integrity, compliance, and operational excellence.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
