The Opportunity:

  • The schedule for 3rd shift is 10:30pm - 7am Monday - Friday.

  • Supervises daily activities of maintenance personnel to ensure compliance with company policies/procedures.

  • Trains, develops, and mentors direct reports

  • Supervises and leads a team involved in the maintenance of production equipment taking into account production schedules and priorities.

  • Monitors and analyzes key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement appropriate corrective actions.

  • Conducts regular performance evaluations, provides feedback, and addresses any performance or disciplinary issues as needed.

  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and support organizational goals.

  • Assists other supervisors on different shifts as needed.

Competencies:

  • Advanced SAP skills

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills

  • Demonstrated ability to work on cross-functional teams

  • Effective resource planning skills

  • Ability to work in a fast paced work environment while maintaining attention to detail

Who You Are:

  • Associate's Degree in Engineering or closely related technical discipline or equivalent military / trade experience.

  • 3 years experience in an operations or manufacturing environment

Preferences:

  • Knowledge and application of Reliability Maintenance

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • PLM / Configuration Management

The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location of Indianapolis, IN is $77,100 - $143,100. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. A discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and Company performance. This position also qualifies for the benefits detailed at the link provided below.
