Job description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Project Manager to join our growing Water & Wastewater team in Orlando. This is a newly created position driven by a significant increase in project demand and recent successful bids. The Orlando office, established just one month ago, is rapidly scaling to support a strong pipeline of infrastructure projects, including several high-visibility capital developments.
This role is critical to ensuring the successful delivery of complex water and wastewater projects. The Project Manager will lead design coordination, project execution, and client engagement while helping the team maintain operational efficiency and meet aggressive timelines. Without this additional support, the current team faces capacity constraints that could impact delivery schedules and limit future growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full lifecycle of water and wastewater infrastructure projects, from planning and design through construction and closeout
  • Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure project milestones, budgets, and quality standards are met
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and regulatory agencies
  • Oversee project schedules, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
  • Review and approve technical designs, specifications, and deliverables
  • Support business development efforts, including proposal preparation and client relationship management
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and industry standards
  • Mentor and support junior engineering staff as the team continues to grow

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
  • 5-10+ years of experience managing water and wastewater infrastructure projects
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred (or ability to obtain)
  • Strong knowledge of water/wastewater treatment systems, pipelines, and related infrastructure
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Experience working with municipal clients and public sector projects is highly preferred

Key Details:
  • Base salary: $130,000 - $140,000, commensurate with experience
  • Benefits: LaSalle Network consultants are eligible to enroll in benefits. For details, visit https://www.thelasallenetwork.com/consultants/
  • Paid time off and company holidays
  • Opportunities for professional development and career advancement
  • Location: Orlando, FL

Why Join Us:
  • Opportunity to be part of a newly established and rapidly growing Orlando team
  • Exposure to high-impact, high-visibility infrastructure projects
  • Ability to shape processes and contribute to team development from the ground up
  • Strong pipeline of work supporting long-term stability and growth

Impact of the Role:
This position plays a key role in maintaining project momentum and supporting continued growth. Filling this role will alleviate strain on the current team, ensure timely project delivery, and enable the organization to pursue additional opportunities in a competitive and expanding market.
