Qualifications for Wellness Director (RN):
  • A graduate of an accredited nursing school with a current MD nursing license (RN) in good standing
  • Four (4) or more years of Senior Living/Assisted Living/Long-term/Skilled Care experience in a supervisory capacity is required
  • Responsible for all areas of the Resident Care Department (compliance, planning, assessments, directing, budget, staffing, hands-on care etc.) in accordance with current state and company regulations, policies and procedures.
  • Assure that the care needs of all Residents are met and maintained according to physician orders, state regulations and company standards.
  • Provide ongoing leadership to team members and ensures that staffing levels and shift schedules are operating at the highest levels.
