Our client is looking for a Director of Operations to help manage the day to day operations of the resort and to help expand the facilities into a "desination" location.

Director of Resort Operations compensation:
  • Base salary of $150-170k + annual bonus

Director of Resort Operations responsibilities:
  • Lead daily operations across hospitality, retail, RV resort, and food service businesses
  • Develop operational strategies, SOPs, KPIs, and process improvements to drive efficiency and growth
  • Partner with the CEO and executive team on strategic planning, expansion, renovations, and special projects
  • Manage budgets, forecasting, pricing, cost control, and profitability across business units
  • Lead, mentor, and develop teams while driving accountability, training, retention, and succession planning
  • Ensure quality, safety, security, regulatory compliance, and exceptional guest experiences
  • Use guest feedback and market trends to improve service, engagement, and customer loyalty
Director of Resort Operations requirements:
  • Bachelors in Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related
