Job description

Work Status: Contract
Schedule: Flexible
Location: Remote

About One to One Health

At One to One Health, we're reimagining what healthcare can be. Founded by a primary care physician, our mission is simple: remove barriers to care and create better healthcare experiences for patients, providers, and employers alike.

Through onsite, near-site, and virtual care solutions, we deliver accessible, relationship-driven healthcare that puts people first. Our team is united by a shared commitment to improving health outcomes, providing exceptional service, and making a meaningful impact in the communities we serve.

About TextCare

TextCare is One to One Health's virtual care platform, providing patients with convenient access to care through secure text messaging, phone, and video visits. Through this innovative care model, providers deliver care, support ongoing patient needs, and build trusted patient relationships while improving access, outcomes, and the overall patient experience.

Position Summary

TextCare is seeking a Georgia-licensed physician to provide collaborative oversight for nurse practitioners and physician assistants in accordance with Georgia practice requirements. This is a fully remote, independent contractor (1099) opportunity that fits alongside an existing clinical practice.

This administrative and supervisory role does not involve direct patient care. Key responsibilities include establishing collaborative practice protocols, completing periodic chart reviews, providing consultation when needed, and supporting quality assurance activities through our online review platform.

Time Commitment & Compensation

Initial time commitment is typically 1–5 hours per month, depending on the number of assigned practitioners. There are no required office hours or call responsibilities, and administrative support is provided by our Licensing Operations team.

Compensation is based on the number of practitioners assigned for supervisory oversight. Physicians may earn up to $1,000 per month in Georgia, based on assigned practitioners and the current state limit of eight supervisees.

Physicians who hold licenses in additional states—or are interested in obtaining additional state licenses—may be considered for expanded supervisory opportunities as business needs evolve.

Essential Qualifications

Due to Georgia collaborative practice regulations, applicants must maintain an active Georgia physician license and have their primary practice located within the state of Georgia.

What You'll Do

  • Establish and maintain collaborative practice agreements and protocols with assigned providers in accordance with Georgia law

  • Review assigned charts and document quality findings through our online platform

  • Provide clinical consultation to assigned advanced practice providers, as needed

  • Support quality assurance and regulatory compliance activities

Required Qualifications

  • Active Georgia physician license in good standing

  • Primary practice located in Georgia

  • Board certified in internal medicine, family medicine, emergency medicine, or another primary care specialty

Preferred Qualifications

  • Comfortable using web-based technology platforms

  • Telehealth experience

  • Experience collaborating with advanced practice providers

Why Join One to One Health?

  • Do good, help others. Make a meaningful impact on the lives of patients, families, and communities every day.

  • Be part of a mission-driven organization transforming healthcare through relationship-based care.

  • Earn predictable supplemental income with a flexible monthly commitment

  • Work independently with minimal administrative burden
