As we continue to scale, we are looking for an Art Director who will play a key role in supporting our people operations and ensuring a seamless employee experience across the organization.About The Position

As we scale output, brand consistency and creative quality cannot depend on manual effort alone.

The Head of Creative & Content Production owns the content engine.

This role exists to own the brand execution layer and build an AI-assisted production system in partnership with the Head of Creative & Content Production. You are responsible for:

  • Elevating visual standards
  • Building modular design systems
  • Integrating AI into design workflows
  • Increasing output without increasing friction

This is not a conceptual-only role.
This is not a campaign-only role.
This is an AI-enabled, execution-driven Art Director role inside a performance-led organization.

Your mandate is to:

  • Elevate and protect brand standards across all surfaces
  • Build modular systems that enable speed and scale
  • Leverage AI to increase design velocity and reduce production friction
  • Support performance creative without slowing it down
  • Creative quality must improve.
  • Velocity must increase.
  • Manual dependency must decrease.
Minimum Qualifications - we have this first as we value your time as well as ours
  • 5+ years in design or art direction within DTC, beauty, health, or consumer products
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating digital, packaging, and performance-adjacent work
  • Deep expertise in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Demonstrated experience integrating AI tools into design workflows
  • Experience building modular design systems (not just campaigns)
  • Understanding of how design impacts conversion and customer trust
  • Health, Beauty, or CPG experience is strongly preferred.
Key Areas of Accountability

1. Brand Systems & Visual Standards (Primary Ownership)

  • Own and evolve iRESTORE's visual identity system
  • Maintain layout logic, typography systems, hierarchy, spacing, and visual language
  • Build brand guidelines that are usable and modular not theoretical PDFs
  • Ensure consistency across paid, organic, web, email, packaging, and product

As output increases, brand cohesion must strengthen not fragment.

2. AI-Assisted Design Workflows (Core Requirement)

AI is not optional in this role. You will:

  • Integrate AI tools into daily design workflows
  • Use AI for concept exploration, layout iteration, static variant generation, and asset adaptation
  • Rapidly generate design variations to support paid testing (e.g., static swarms)
  • Build prompt libraries and structured workflows that other designers can reuse
  • Reduce time-to-first-draft and time-to-iteration across surfaces

The expectation is not novelty it is operational leverage.

3. Web & CRO Design Systems

  • Design and iterate on homepage, PDPs, and landing pages
  • Partner closely with CRO to build test-ready creative modules
  • Develop reusable UI components that accelerate experimentation
  • Use AI to generate layout variations and testing mockups quickly

Design decisions must balance aesthetic elevation and conversion performance.

4. Lifecycle & Email Systems

  • Build modular email systems that allow Lifecycle managers to self-serve
  • Create scalable promo, launch, and evergreen frameworks
  • Use AI to generate layout variations and creative refreshes without full redesign cycles

The goal: speed without sacrificing clarity.

5. Paid & Organic Design Support

  • Develop modular static systems for performance creative
  • Create visual overlays, motion templates, and graphic systems for short-form video
  • Support thumbnail and hook-driven creative design
  • Use AI to accelerate variant testing for paid

You are not responsible for media buying but your design must support testing velocity.

6. Photoshoots & Content Capture Support

  • Lead smaller quarterly photoshoots in partnership with the Head of Creative & Content Production
  • Help develop art direction for lean content shoots and performance-driven creative capture
  • Support on-set execution to ensure content aligns with brand standards and campaign objectives
  • Collaborate on shot lists, visual references, styling direction, and content outputs for paid, organic, and lifecycle channels
  • Ensure captured content is modular, scalable, and usable across multiple creative surfaces

7. Packaging & Physical Product (Execution + Systems)

  • Design and iterate on product packaging and inserts
  • Establish scalable packaging systems that support future product launches
  • Maintain visual hierarchy and clarity across physical touchpoints
  • Use AI-assisted mockups and rapid prototyping to accelerate iteration

8. Workflow & Team Contribution

  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Creative & Content Production
  • Manage freelance designers as needed
  • Maintain clean asset libraries and organized design systems
  • Ensure brand, paid, lifecycle, and product teams can execute without design bottlenecks
