This full-time position allows for flexibility in your schedule, and offers competitive compensation ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 annually, depending on the hours worked. As a member of our network, you will have the opportunity to work from home, guiding clients toward improved mental health while enjoying the benefits of a supportive and innovative team.

About the Organization

Bliss Care Mental and Wellness Center is a leading community mental health clinic dedicated to making quality mental health services accessible to individuals in Clarksville, Tennessee and surrounding areas. We pride ourselves on creating a collaborative environment that empowers licensed therapists to thrive in their practice. Our approach emphasizes a client-centered model that prioritizes the unique needs and backgrounds of each patient, ensuring that they receive the highest standard of care.

Work Environment

This is a completely remote position, allowing you to create a work-life balance that fits your lifestyle. We believe in the importance of flexibility and autonomy in your work schedule, making it easy for you to integrate your professional responsibilities with personal commitments. Our virtual collaboration tools ensure seamless communication and networking opportunities with fellow professionals, fostering a strong sense of community among our therapists.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct individualized counseling sessions with clients via secure video conferencing platforms, focusing on their mental health and emotional well-being.
  • Facilitate discussions that encourage clients to explore their emotions and experiences, aiding them in developing self-awareness and improving their interpersonal relationships.
  • Assess clients' mental health status through in-depth interviews and standardized assessments, and craft tailored treatment plans that leverage evidence-based practices.
  • Act as an advocate for each client, helping them establish and reach personal goals aligned with their wellness journey.
  • Maintain organized records and documentation of therapeutic sessions, treatment plans, and client progress while minimizing administrative burdens.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will be working with a diverse client base consisting primarily of individuals who are stable and low-acuity, allowing for a therapeutic focus on growth and development rather than crisis intervention. Our pre-screening process ensures that each client is matched with a therapist based on their specialties, enhancing the effectiveness of care provided.

Qualifications
  • A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.
  • An active, independent license issued by the state board, such as:
    • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
    • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
    • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Strong ability to conduct professional evaluations, treatment planning, and implementation based on clinical judgment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and understanding in client interactions.
  • Proficient in using technology and software systems for remote counseling and administrative tasks.
Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, prior experience in teletherapy or virtual counseling settings is an asset. Additionally, familiarity with a variety of therapeutic modalities and cultural competence will enrich your ability to serve our diverse clientele effectively.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Competitive annual salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 104,000 based on hours worked.
  • Generous sign-on bonus offered to welcome new team members.
  • Regular weekly direct deposit for prompt access to earnings.
  • Full-time counselors receive a monthly healthcare stipend to support their well-being.
  • Comprehensive onboarding process that takes as little as three days so you can start serving clients quickly.
