Compensation:Budgeted $120,00 base salary plus commission.

The Sales Director plays a critical role in Experity's success by selling into Urgent Care groups and Health systems within a defined geographic territory. This individual will work as a hunter for net-new logos, as well as in collaboration with the Client Success Team, to upsell current clients, additional products and services. This role serves as the primary point of contact with these accounts and is responsible for engaging the client in a constructive dialogue via discovery, providing insight with which a value-based selling process can take root and the individual is seen as an industry resource, trusted advisor and subject-matter expert.

This position will focus on selling our EMR, Practice Management, Medical Billing, CareAgent, and AI Scribe.

Territory: Florida, South Carolina, and Georgia

Responsibilities:

  • Manages all sales activities for assigned accounts to achieve/exceed bookings and margin goals.
  • Drives new business revenue aggressively while ensuring strong profitability.
  • Effectively partners with Client Success and Solutions Partners to collaborate and close business.
  • Provides timely and accurate forecasts of sales volume on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Assists in the development of the strategic plan and annual budget by providing projections on sales and future outlook.
  • Prepares timely sales reports, market assessment reports, program updates, account strategy plan, and weekly reports; maintaining accurate and timely activities and notes within Salesforce.
  • Keeps senior management advised in a timely fashion of market trends, account problems, and business risks and opportunities which could have a material impact on the company's performance.
  • Provides recommendation for improving sales process and procedures.
  • Conducts bi-weekly POD meetings with members of their team, Sales Support staff and Solutions Experts to ensure alignment with monthly, quarterly and annual goals.
  • May assist with team calls or standup meetings. Leverages industry events, networking opportunities, associations, and tradeshows to build relationships and sell Experity's complete portfolio of products.
  • Leverages social selling techniques.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience:

  • Three years of proven Healthcare SaaS sales experience.
  • Ability to think on your feet: analyze and solve problems with varying degrees of complexity.
  • Ability to build and maintain collaborative working relationships both internal & external.
  • Experience working in systems (i.e. CRM, ERP, Sales Forecasting).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and competing tasks/priorities.
  • Experience selling Revenue Cycle and/or PM/EMR products and services.

Travel:

  • 50% or more travel throughout designated territory.
