Senior Clinical Informatics amp; Outcomes Analyst
This is a full time role and open to fully remote work.

What You’ll Do:
We are seeking a Clinical Informatics amp; Outcomes Analyst to transform digital health data into actionable insights through advanced clinical logic, innovative digital platforms, and transformative healthcare technology integrations. The role focuses on value-based care, population health management, and evidence-based data insights. The Clinical Informatics amp; Outcomes Analyst will partner across product, data, data science and clinical teams to deliver high-impact solutions that improve outcomes, engagement, and operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:

Digital Health Innovation
  • Drive the development of next-generation clinical logic and rules engines.
  • Design patient-centric digital health experiences and scalable technology solutions.
  • Collaborate on FHIR-based digital health record transformation.
  • Provide advanced clinical subject matter expertise to support product development.
  • Develop sophisticated clinical logic rules, algorithms, and decision-support frameworks.
Population Health amp; Clinical Analytics
  • Develop methodologies to track and analyze population health metrics.
  • Design predictive risk stratification and longitudinal patient cohort analysis frameworks.
  • Implement value-based care strategies that optimize clinical outcomes through digital touchpoints.
  • Measure clinical impact, ROI, and program outcomes at client and aggregate levels.
  • Translate clinical data outcomes into publications, white papers, and conference materials; partner with marketing to support organizational storytelling and external communications.
Strategic Analytics amp; Product Enablement
  • Collaborate with data teams to commercialize and scale clinical analytics features.
  • Co-develop predictive clinical performance models.
  • Implement digital quality measure (dQM) frameworks and comprehensive risk stratification methodologies.
  • Generate actionable insights from complex healthcare datasets to inform strategy and product decisions.
  • Develop proactive, personalized health insights strategies that enhance engagement and care delivery.
Data Quality amp; Governance Support
  • Support enterprise data quality initiatives by applying clinical expertise to validate and refine both structured clinical data (claims, labs, medications, diagnoses) and unstructured data (clinical notes, discharge summaries, etc.)
  • Collaborate with data engineering and data governance teams to define clinical data quality rules, validation criteria, and business logic
  • Contribute to the development of NLP-based extraction and validation approaches for unstructured clinical documentation
  • Participate in data quality assessments and provide clinical subject matter expertise for remediation strategies
  • Support the creation and maintenance of data quality metrics and dashboards relevant to clinical analytics and population health
  • Provide clinical validation for automated data profiling, cleansing, and transformation workflows

Desired Experience:
Required
  • 5+ years of clinical experience in acute care, managed care, digital health, or healthcare data management.
  • Clinical informatics background or licensed clinician (RN, NP, MPH, MD).
  • Experience with FHIR, CQL, USCDI, HL7; clinical terminology (CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10, SNOMED).
  • 2+ years in digital healthcare product development.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proficiency in data analysis, Python and SQL preferred.
  • Knowledge of business processes, systems, and BI applications (Jira, Confluence experience a plus).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to translate complex clinical concepts into actionable product and business insights.
  • Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration and integrating clinical expertise into product innovation.
  • Self-starter capable of managing complex priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred
  • 5+ years of progressive data analysis experience.
  • Experience in disease management programs or value-based care initiatives.
  • Experience translating clinical insights into publications, abstracts, or conference presentations.

The target salary range for this position is $115,000 - $165,000 and is part of a competitive total rewards package including stock options, benefits, and incentive pay for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
