Job description

Position -PLM Process Business Analyst
Location -US / Remote
Duration- Long Term Contract
Job Description:
• 10+ years of proven experience as PLM functional consultant/business analyst with strong R&D and Product Development, Quality & Regulatory Compliance and Product Data Management domain experience in Process Manufacturing industry
• Support the development of L1 to L7 business process documentation for PLM
• Develop L4 - L7 business process documentation for respective sub-process areas including variations to standard process
• Strong expertise on Parts & Components Management, Formulation and Recipe Management, BOM Management, Change Management, Supplier Collaboration, Regulatory and Compliance Management capabilities using PLM
• Support inputs and actions from change impact assessment for respective process areas
• Identify and quantify transformation from existing business processes
• Support in the execution of end user training
• Develop test scripts for UAT and coordinate UAT for respective process area
• Identify and support workstream lead in development of policy requirements
• Support SMEs and/or End user community through the configuration, training, testing and hypercare phases for respective process area
• Liaise closely with Design and Configuration teams for requirements clarifications
• Should have experience on Teamcenter PLM from Siemens
• Should have experience on Process Industry
