Business Process Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail‐oriented Business Process Analyst to analyze, design, and improve operational processes across the organization. You will work within established governance frameworks, collaborate with engineering, IT, and business teams, and help translate requirements into scalable, efficient workflows. This role is key to ensuring process consistency, driving continuous improvement, and supporting effective change management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze contracts, policies, and existing documentation to identify business needs
  • Support strategic process design and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Develop tools, training materials, and procedures within governance standards
  • Collaborate with technical and business teams to design compliant, efficient processes
  • Ensure process designs align with scope, workflows, and operational requirements
  • Support change management activities during process rollout
  • Monitor process performance and recommend improvements
  • Create clear reports, dashboards, and presentations for stakeholders
  • Document and share best practices to promote reuse
  • Manage process cases and perform additional duties as needed

Required Skills & Experience

  • Experience in business process design and improvement
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and accuracy
  • Excellent problem‐solving and requirements‐gathering abilities
  • Proficiency with process mapping tools (Lucidchart, Visio)
  • Experience with ATS, CRM, or ticketing systems (Appian preferred)
