Install, configure and upgrade Microsoft Dynamics CRM


Administer, monitor, support, and performance tune customized Microsoft Dynamics CRM installations


Map functional system requirements to Dynamics CRM capabilities and design appropriate solutions.


Configure entities and associated forms, views, and business rules in Dynamics CRM, including advanced validation of form data using Script,


Configure call outs to CRM API and custom Microsoft.NET assemblies, and CRM ploug-ins.


Create and modify Dynamics CRM workflows/processes


Create and modify SQL Reporting Services reports for use inside and outside of Dynamics CRM.


Create and modify dynamics CRM extensions to interface with other systems via message queues and web services


Import data from other systems into Dynamics CRM


Porting of CRM solutions between different environments.
