Director, Program Management, Resources & Marketing OperationsPosition Summary

The Director, Program Management, Resources & Operations is responsible for enabling operational excellence, scale, and consistency across Heart Haus (internal Enterprise agency). This role oversees program management resources, operational reporting, and creative resource management while partnering closely with marketing strategy, creative teams, account management, and technology teams to ensure work is delivered efficiently, transparently, and at scale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and oversee the program management team building a best-in-class, modernized functional capability
  • Establish and maintain enterprise-level operational reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics to provide senior leadership with clear visibility into work, capacity, and outcomes.
  • Own resource management strategy, including capacity planning, allocation, and utilization across internal Heart Haus teams and flex resources
  • Oversee development and maintenance of resource dashboards and reporting to support prioritization, decision-making, and forecasting.
  • Partner with account management to ensure program management resources flex appropriately to business priorities.
  • Partner with technology and marketing operations teams to evolve the Workfront platform by defining business requirements, workflows, and governance.
  • Champion operational excellence by continuously improving workflows, intake processes, and ways of working across the enterprise organization.
  • Ensure disciplined governance, risk management, and issue escalation across programs and portfolios.
  • Provide executive-ready updates and insights on operational health, risks, tradeoffs, and opportunities for improvement.
Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in program management, operations, PMO leadership, or marketing operations within a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Demonstrated experience leading program management and/or production resources at scale.
  • Strong expertise in operational reporting, resource management, and capacity planning.
  • Proven ability to partner with technology teams to translate business needs into platform and workflow requirements.
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders and driving alignment across cross-functional teams.
  • Proven ability to impact and influence through storytelling leveraging data and analytics to support analysis, recommendations.
  • Experience supporting enterprise marketing, creative (internal and external), or agency-style organizations.
  • Experience with Workfront or similar enterprise work management platforms.
Education
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
Pay Range

The Typical Pay Range For This Role Is

$100,000.00 - $231,540.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company’s equity award program.
