Position Summary:
As a Director, you will provide a safe learning environment and a quality education program for children. You will be responsible for the effective operation of the child development center which includes recruiting and managing staff, establishing and meeting enrollment and revenue objectives, providing ongoing communication with parents, and cost management of the center.
Qualifications:
  • Experience as a director in a licensed child care center
  • Must have, or be able to obtain a commercial driver's license, CPR/Fire Safety & any other training required by regulatory agencies
  • Must possess state-specific director credentials
  • Knowledge of child care licensing rules and regulations
  • Knowledge of early childhood education curriculum & appropriate developmental practices
  • Knowledge of sound business practices, including budgeting and strategic thinking
  • CDL Preferred
  • Must be able to meet all state requirements for Director.

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
