Location: Aurora, CO 80019 (Hybrid - 2-3 Days Onsite/Week)
Duration: 6+ Months Contract-to-Hire (Direct Hire Potential for the Right Candidate)
Job Overview:
o Seeking a Manufacturing Process Engineer with experience in high-volume manufacturing to drive process optimization, loss analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.
o This role focuses on leveraging Power BI, Excel, and data analytics to improve manufacturing performance, reduce losses, and support Operational Excellence.

Required Qualifications:

o 3-5+ years of manufacturing process engineering experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment.
o Bachelor''s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or related field.
o Strong experience with Power BI, Excel, and Data Analytics.
o Experience with Root Cause Analysis, Loss Analysis, KPI development, and Continuous Improvement.
o Excellent analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
o Process or Chemical Engineering background preferred.
Responsibilities:
o Perform loss analysis and identify root causes to improve manufacturing performance.
o Develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and KPI metrics.
o Support process optimization, engineering changes, and productivity initiatives.
o Create analytical tools and data models for performance monitoring.
o Collaborate with operations, engineering, and cross-functional teams.
o Support Operational Excellence and continuous improvement programs.
Additional Information:
o Training provided onsite.
o Candidates willing to relocate are encouraged to apply (relocation assistance may be available).
o If based in Colorado, travel to Owensboro, KY approximately 2x per year (Travel Expenses - Fully Reimbursed).
