Sarnova is the leading national specialty distributor of health care products in Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and Respiratory Markets and is the industry leader in Revenue Cycle Management within Emergency Medical Services (EMS). The company operates through several market-leading companies including Tri-anim Health Services, the largest specialty distributor of respiratory products, Bound Tree Medical, the largest supplier of EMS products, and Cardio Partners, a full Sudden Cardiac Arrest Solution provider, and Digitech, the leader in EMS revenue cycle management.

Summary:

The Business Process Optimization Analyst will support enterprise-wide transformation initiatives by serving as a business process owner focused on improving and optimizing end-to-end (E2E) business processes. This role will drive process excellence, standardization, governance, and continuous improvement across organizational boundaries to enhance operational effectiveness and support strategic business objectives.

Organizational Impact:

This role is instrumental in breaking down functional silos and enabling cohesive, technology-driven process transformation. By owning and optimizing core business processes, the analyst helps improve operational efficiency, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration. Their work directly supports strategic goals by enhancing scalability, compliance, and customer experience across the enterprise.

  • Create and maintain a process vision that supports organizational goals and strategic initiatives
  • Manage process-related policies and monitor compliance across departments
  • Provide governance and prioritization for application enhancements, upgrades, and process-related technology initiatives
  • Collaborate across departments to identify and resolve process inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and cross-functional challenges
  • Contribute to automation, digital transformation, and continuous improvement initiatives

Skills/Experience Required:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Information Systems, or related field
  • 2โ€“3 years of experience in business process analysis, operations, continuous improvement, project management, or transformation initiatives
  • Familiarity with process mapping methodologies, automation technologies, workflow tools, or ERP systems preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work across functional boundaries and influence stakeholders without direct authority
  • Experience with process governance frameworks, RACI models, or operating models preferred
  • Experience supporting process documentation, business requirements gathering, testing, and change management activities preferred
