• Lead proposals and commercial negotiations in partnership with VP of New Business, agency leadership, finance, and legal.
• Maintain an accurate Salesforce pipeline, clear forecasts, and disciplined follow-through.
• Stay current on the audio, podcast, media, and competitive landscape.

• Deep knowledge of the audio and podcast advertising ecosystem
• A strong record of originating and closing meaningful, consultative new business
• The ability to convert inbound demand and create opportunities from scratch
• Persistence, confidence, resourcefulness, and strong follow-through
• Excellent storytelling, presentation, and executive communication skills
• Strong commercial judgment and the ability to lead cross-functional pitch teams
• A relevant network of senior marketers, agency leaders, media executives, and industry partners
• Strong CRM, pipeline-management, and forecasting discipline.
