Job description

Smadex is leading the transition from traditional linear TV to performance-driven CTV. We are looking for a CTV Sales Rockstar to unlock high-value performance and brand budgets. You won't just be selling to UA managers; you will be pitching Brand Leads and Video Buyers at major agencies and mobile-first powerhouses.

This remote role is open to candidates based in all major cities including San Francisco, Los Angeles, Austin or New York, with a hybrid schedule that includes both remote and in-office work.

What you will do:

  • ย Present Smadex's CTV-first programmatic solutions to CTV leads and Brand's Performance Planning teams at major agencies (Big 6) and direct brands.
  • Educate clients on how Smadex's mobile-first DNA provides superior performance and measurement in the CTV space compared to traditional "branding" DSPs.
  • Strategic Hunting: Close high-value IOs and MSAs, ensuring Smadex becomes a Tier 1 partner for omnichannel video spend.
  • Internal Partnership: Collaborate with Ad Ops and Product to refine our CTV roadmap based on feedback from major brand buyers.
