This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone who understands both the art and science of performance marketing. The right person will help determine how significant digital advertising investments are allocated, measured and optimized across multiple geographic markets.

This is not simply a digital campaign management role. We are looking for someone who can take complex marketing and customer data, determine what is working and what is not, and confidently translate those findings into recommendations for senior executives.

Key areas of responsibility include:

• Digital advertising strategy and performance analytics

• Marketing attribution and measurement

• Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, Retargeting, Programmatic and Video

• Customer acquisition and conversion analytics

• Forecasting, testing and scenario modeling

• Agency and third-party partner management

• Executive-level reporting and recommendations

• Using data to determine where the next advertising dollar should—or should not—be invested

What we’re looking for:

• 10+ years of progressive digital marketing, performance marketing, media or marketing analytics experience

• Strong B2C/consumer marketing background

• Combination of corporate and agency experience is highly desirable

• Experience influencing significant digital advertising investments

• Strong understanding of attribution, customer acquisition, conversion and marketing ROI

• Ability to turn complicated analytics into a clear business story

• Executive presence and the confidence to challenge assumptions with data

• Experience supporting multiple markets, regions or business units is a plus
