By leveraging data-driven insights and innovative solutions, the Group Director advances operational excellence and cultivates a high-performing environment that supports business growth and associate engagement.

The team comprises People Business Partners supporting Global Technology and Product functions. They align human resources strategies with business objectives, focusing on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational change. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, they implement project management practices and ensure policy compliance. The team emphasizes strategic planning, succession planning, and performance management to drive continuous development.
